The Mane Event Salon

We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Mane Event Salon requires a greater than 24 hour notice if/when canceling an upcoming appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged for 50% of the booked service/services. In the event of a no call/no show you will be charged 80% of the booked service/services please kindly notify The Mane Event Salon at (248)403-6417 as soon as possible to reschedule. The cancellation/ no show fee must be paid in order to rebook. If there is a card on file that card will be charged within 24 hours of the canceled/missed appointment. If there is no card on file you will be contacted about payment within 24 hours of the cancelled/missed appointment. Failure to pay will result in being blocked from booking any future appointments. In the event of 2 no call/no show appointments you will be blocked from booking at The Mane Event Salon.
